Email Client Setup

Use the following recommended settings to configure your desktop e-mail application or to access Webmail.

Username: Your full e-mail address
Password: Chosen when your mailbox was setup

IMAP Server

IMAP Server: mail3.gridhost.co.uk
IMAP Port: 993
SSL: On
SPA: Off

Outgoing SMTP Server

SMTP Server: mail3.gridhost.co.uk
SMTP Port: 465
SSL: On
SPA: Off
SMTP Authentication: On (“Use same password as incoming server” in Outlook, or for Mac Mail, iPhone and iPad devices, please use “Password” mode).

Webmail

Although we recommend using a desktop or mobile client you can access your mail via webmail here:
