1. Launch your Email App
    • Press the WINDOWS key on your keyboard to access the Windows 10 Start menu
    • Select Mail 
  2. Add an email account
    • Select the Settings icon 
    • Select Manage Accounts
    • Select Add Account
    • Under Choose an account, click Advanced setup at the bottom of the list
    • Click Internet email
  3. Enter Internet email account settings
    • For Email address, type in your full email address (yourname@your-company.co.uk)
    • For Username, type in your full email address (yourname@your-company.co.uk)
    • For Password, type in your email account password
    • For Account Name, type in something so you know which email account this is.
    • For Send your messages using this name, type the name you want people to see e.g. John Smith.
    • For Incoming email server, type mail3.gridhost.co.uk
    • For Account type choose IMAP4
    • For Outgoing (SMTP) email server, type mail3.gridhost.co.uk
      • Outgoing server requires authentication: Yes
      • Use the same user name and password for sending mail: Yes
      • Require SSL for incoming mail: Yes
      • Require SSL for outgoing mail: Yes
  4. Click Sign-in
